Hypnosis to Aid in Control

Hypnosis is not a replacement for dominating a submissive, it is a tool to aid in the control of someone you already have an established trust relationship with. Newbies invariably are extremely resistant to hypnosis.

 

Limitations

Unlike popular fiction, hypnosis:

  • Cannot change the physics of the material world,

  • Has a rather limited effect on changing the physiological processes,

  • Will not compel someone to do anything that they would not do unhypnotized,

  • Requires intimate and direct communication.

 

Capabilities

The use of hypnosis in a lifestyle setting is used to change:

  • Perception,

  • Beliefs,

  • Behaviour,

  • The intensity of Relationship,

  • Or remove self-restraint and embarrassment,

  • Social pre-conditioning,

  • Dominance levels.

 

The effectiveness is directly related to the predisposition of the subject and the skills of all Dominant. Depending upon the circumstances the effects can be from no response to the extreme. Hypnosis can affect long-term psychological processes

  • Emotional states,

  • Beliefs,

  • Behavioural patterns,

  • Immediate Actions.


Example of how to Hypnotise

The example shown is based on the techniques of a professional hypnotist David Elman.  The effectiveness of the process is dependent on the experience and skill of the practitioner. The simple steps are:

 

Generally
  • State to the subject that the Dominant will countdown from 100:

    • The dominant will state "with each number breath deeply and focus on the word"

    • State out loud in a calm and soothing voice the number slowly with about a 2-second pause

    • The subject with each number should:

      • slip deeper into a relaxed state

      • they get more disconnected from the world around

      • anything other than the sound of your voice becomes unimportant to them

  • If this is effective the subject should very quickly fade away

    • Say again "You are going deeper into a trance and submitting to me."

    • "You feel better and better the more often you say or type "Master, I obey".

    • As completing several numbers say: "Repeat "Master, I obey"

    • The subject should just say "Master, I obey"

    • Repeat the process at least 5 times,

    • As the subject's voice gets more and more level and calms the response will quiet.

    • Then the Dominant says "You will say or type it until I stop you."

  • Allow the subject to repeat this a half a dozen times to convince their subconscious.

 

Practically

So the first would be "I will count from 100 with each number you will feel more relaxed and rested". Countdown and let the numbers fade into nothingness very quickly.  "As I say 'Relax' respond 'Master, I obey'"

  • Then say "100, you are a peace"

  • Then say "99, let the day fade away ", let it fade for a second or two 

  • Then say "98, relax", let them fade away, let them go, are they gone?

  • Then say: "97, relax", let them fade away completely now, are they gone?

  • Continue, if you have to go farther than 7 steps they will not be hypnotized.

  • If they are gone then you can stop counting.

 

Stage Two - Comforting

Perform a number of reinforcing and comforting statement sallow you voice to register and become the subject's focus:

  • Let your worries fade away now.

  • Let your own thoughts fade away now.

  • Let me think for you now.

  • Let your inhibitions fade away now.

  • Imagine a red balloon in your hands now.

  • It is still empty.

  • Imagine that you inflate it with each exhale now.

  • With each exhale you blow your inhibitions into that red balloon now.

  • With each inhale you inhale pleasure.

  • With each exhale you blow your worries into that red balloon now.

  • With each inhalte you get filled with pleasure.

  • With each exhale you blow your own thoughts into that red balloon now.

  • You inhale pleasure in each part of your body.

  • With each exhale you blow your resistance into that red balloon now.

  • Feel the pleasure spreading through your whole body now.

 

Stage Two - Assuming Full Control

Now use statements to reinforce the control of the subject.

  • With each exhale you blow more of your IQ into that red balloon now.

  • Feel the pleasure focus and concentrate on all the parts of your body where you enjoy it mostly.

  • Notice how that balloon becomes bigger and fuller of all your inhibitions, worries, resistance, and own thoughts.

  • Notice how the pleasure becomes the dominant part of your mind and body.

  • Notice that you empty your own mind of all your inhibitions, worries, resistance, and own thoughts as you blow them into that red balloon.

  • There is only pleasure left in your body and mind.

  • You become empty of all your inhibitions, worries, resistance, and own thoughts as the balloon become bigger and bigger now.

  • Feel fully filled with pleasure as all your inhibitions, worries, resistance, and own thoughts are transferred into that red balloon.

  • Keep exhaling all your inhibitions, worries, resistance, and own thoughts into that nice big balloon now.

  • The place in your mind and body is stocked with pleasure, pure pleasure.

  • Take your time to empty your mind of all your inhibitions, worries, resistance, and own thoughts now.

  • Get filled with intense pleasure as you let go of all your inhibitions, worries, resistance, and own thoughts.

  • Stop exhaling all your inhibitions, worries, resistance, and own thoughts into that balloon when there are no more.

  • When you are empty of any inhibitions, worries, resistance, and own thoughts then seal that red balloon and say goodbye to all your inhibitions, worries, resistance, and own thoughts and let the red balloon go.

  • Enjoy the pleasure that fills you so completely.

  • Seal that red balloon close as you say goodbye to all your inhibitions, worries, resistance, and own thoughts.

  • Imagine as the red balloon with all your inhibitions, worries, resistance, and own thoughts slowly rise into the air.

  • All your inhibitions, worries, resistance and own thoughts become distant to you now.

  • The higher the balloon is rising into the air the more distant your inhibitions, worries, resistance, and own thoughts become for you.

  • The balloon rises higher and higher and becomes smaller in view.

  • The higher the red balloon rises the more you feel the pleasure in your body and mind.

  • All your inhibitions, worries, resistance and own thoughts become smaller and smaller as the balloon rises higher and higher.

  • It is almost a little red dot in the air.

  • All your inhibitions, worries, resistance, and own thoughts are only a red dot in the air that will disappear in a moment.

  • All your inhibitions, worries, resistance, and own thoughts are replaced by pleasure.

  • When that red dot has disappeared in the sky all your inhibitions, worries, resistance, and own thoughts have disappeared as well.

  • You almost cannot see that red dot anymore.

  • It is gone now.

  • All your inhibitions, worries, resistance, and own thoughts are gone now.

  • You are for pleasure and enjoy it as long as you want.

  • Take your time and if you want to go back to where I counted you down from 10 to 1 and enjoy it even more.

 

Stage Four - Exercising Control

Now is your opportunity to exercise control. Start by confirming the control and their state of liberation.

  • How do you feel?

  • Imagine that all your worries and sexual inhibitions are gone now.

  • You are free to experience that which you wish.

 

At this point, you can explore the aspects of control you wish,

  • Reinforcing your position as their Master,

  • Placing post-hypnotic suggestions,

  • Overcome obstacles that prior conditioning (social, cultural) placed on the subject.

 

Exiting the State

Left to their own devices without any input the trance will actually fade into a deep REM-state and the subject will naturally awake once the sleep state ends. However, this may take hours to complete. You can actively withdraw the person from the trace by following these simple instructions:

 

  • I will bring you out of this dreamlike state of mind in a moment as I count from 1 to 5.

  • Till then enjoy yourself relaxing and feeling so good.

  • Remember to thank your Master for the experience afterwards.

  • After I bring you out of this nice moment, you feel fully alert and awake.

  • After I bring you out of this nice moment, you feel fully refreshed.

  • After I bring you out of this nice moment, you feel great in all aspects of life.

    •  1 - Feel your relaxation getting lighter again

    •  2 - Feel your energy coming back

    •  3 - Getting aware where you are and what you do

    •  4 - Make a fist with one or both hands

    •  5 - Fully alert and refreshed feeling great

 

Remember to ask the subject how they feel, and thank them for their participation. Thier response should be to thank-you any failure in this indicates they faked the experience or were not fully under your control.
